Overlooking the valleys of Monte Subasio and completely immersed in Nature, the Cottage is part of a private estate that extends over 200 hectares of fenced and enclosed land. Woods, valleys, crops, barley, and cereal fields in which the eye can get lost and where one can rediscover direct contact with the land.

An ideal place to set out to discover the Subasio Regional Park, a nature reserve that embraces the mountain of the same name and includes the municipalities of Assisi, Spello, Valtopina and Nocera Umbra. A large number of trails and paths to take, characteristic flora and fauna of the Umbrian valleys and natural panoramic viewpoints: the Park is a natural setting in which to immerse oneself to find tranquility and balance.

Tenuta Le Silve is also located a short distance from the birthplace of Saint Francis, Assisi, built in pink stone taken from Mount Subasio and becoming, over time, an important spiritual location. You can visit it by discovering its most hidden and suggestive corners, experiencing its typical cuisine, and appreciating its mystical atmosphere.

In the surrounding area, you can also visit the small and characteristic villages of the Umbrian valleys: Spello, city of art and flowers with its long tradition dedicated to the flower displays, Foligno, with its squares and churches inherited from the medieval period. And again: Rasiglia, the village of streams, and Bevagna, a place where time seems to stand still.
